A portrait-first real-time action game about carrying three fragile luminous pearls through one living muscular passage. Three independently held cuffs produce continuous, lagged radial pressure: tissue behind the pearl accelerates it downward, tissue ahead drives it into reflux, and concurrent contractions accumulate genuine wall strain.
