THREADSHIFT is a portrait-first Three.js pixel-knit puzzle. Choose the raised spool at the top/front of one of eight yarn columns. The next yarn rises into the newly opened front position; the selected spool occupies one of seven illuminated winding pegs and automatically pulls matching stitches from the current loose hem. Every spool begins at 0%, visibly thickens as it winds, leaves at 100%, and frees its peg. Removed lower stitches let the knit above settle downward. A full rack is allowed while thread is still moving; a full rack with no matching exposed yarn is a deadlock.
