Lumen Cellar is a laser tasting laboratory: aim three pure-wavelength emitters — Cherry (660nm), Lime (532nm) and Blueberry (445nm) — by dragging brass mirrors so their beams land in the tasting glass, then blend and hold steady to bottle the vintage you pour. Twelve cellar vintages range from single-note pours to the all-three "White Light Riesling", each recorded in a journal you fill as you taste.
