Neon Overdrive

Neon Overdrive is an open-world 3D neon city you explore on foot or behind the wheel, rendered live by a hand-written WebGL engine (no libraries). Its headline feature is a full in-game MOD MENU: spawn eight vehicle types, teleport across districts, switch time of day and weather, raise or clear your wanted level, repaint your car and trigger chaos. Cause havoc to build a Chaos score and cash, then outrun the police to bank it — with AI traffic, pedestrians and pursuit cruisers all reacting.
