Ribbon Rascal is a self-contained portrait turn-based stealth campaign. Swipe one tile to move the ribbon-tailed raccoon; every legal action advances each gardener along a public patrol route. Hedges block vision, flower bushes hide the rascal, Silk Veil masks three or more beats, and Still Bell freezes patrols for one action.
