Blockhaven is a pocket voxel sandbox that runs in the browser with nothing to install. Roam procedurally generated hills, forests, caves and lakes under a full day/night sky; mine blocks to gather them, then build with 26 block types from timber to glowstone. A hand-written WebGL engine with ambient occlusion and a procedurally painted pixel-art atlas — plus a postcard snapshot of whatever you build.
Same-screen co-op: Bun the Shiba blade-and-board Warden teams up with Money the armored shield-charging Cat. Pick your fighters from a voxel animal roster — Bun / Fox / Rabbit on the blade, Money / Panda / Penguin on the guard — then face the slime tide plus feral wolves and boars. Fixed no-shake steady-cam, motion-sickness friendly. Left half steers one hero, right half the other; attacks are automatic, and level-ups auto-pick after 6s for idle players. 17-species bestiary, wood-to-crystal forge paths, meme bark/meow voices. Bot-proven winnable in test/sim.mjs.

Something in the community is always broken. A streetlight dies, a main splits, a boiler gives up — and a warning beacon rises where it happened. You are the one person who answers. Walk over, diagnose it, open it up, fix it, test it, get paid. Do that often enough and you stop being a person with a toolbox and start being a company: hire technicians who jog to their own callouts, watch the works yard grow a van, a workshop and a citywide dispatch mast, and keep living in the town you keep running — its cafes, its neighbours, its koi pond, its sky islands.
