PASTECHO is a portrait-first predictive echolocation rescue game. A blind nursery leviathan searches for lost lantern calves in a moving deep-sea ecosystem. Sound has finite travel time: every luminous return marks where a body was, while broken chevrons preserve how it was moving. Predators hear the outgoing song and hunt the exact place where it was emitted.
